Ebro, Laura & Rosenberg Show – Mass Appeal World Cup Opening Concert

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

I. Sponsor

ELR Show LLC, 3000 Marcus Ave., SE 1W5, Lake Success, NY 11042 ("Sponsor").

II. Eligibility

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry, and legal residents of the United States and Washington, D.C., with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Any individuals (including, but not limited to, employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Mass Appeal, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to nominate or be nominated.

"Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

III. How and When to Enter

Entry for The Ebro, Laura & Rosenberg Mass Appeal World Cup Opening Concert (the "Contest") begins on June 8, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period").

To enter, during the Entry Period, call 844-357-357 when directed and be caller #7 to win.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any contestant if Sponsor views the contestant as potentially infringing or otherwise a violation or potential violation of a third party's rights or if it deems the entry to be lacking in taste, quality, or to be otherwise objectionable.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any equipment or programming associated with the Contest, or by any technical or human error. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

If there are any technical problems with the phone line or equipment, the Sponsor cannot be held liable and accepts no responsibility for ensuring the receipt or successful submission of any entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures — Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.

IV. Grant of Rights

Each entrant hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor, its designees, affiliates, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete, or display the Call In, in any media now known or hereafter devised — including all forms of electronic media, print media, and all forms of internet and wireless protocol — in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in connection with the Contest.

Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Call for any purpose it deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant irrevocably waives any and all moral rights they may have therein. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned materials but may do so at its sole discretion without further obligation or compensation.

V. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen live on the Ebro, Laura & Rosenberg Show by being the 7th caller. The potential winner will be notified by Sponsor or its designated representative at the time of winning, on the phone. Information will then be given to Mass Appeal, who will handle prize receipt.

At Sponsor's sole discretion, winners may be featured in taped and/or live segments of the Ebro, Laura & Rosenberg Show and/or its official social media accounts, or by any means or method now known or hereafter devised, in all media worldwide in perpetuity.

VI. Prize

Four (4) prizes are available. Each prize consists of two (2) seats in an undisclosed section to the Mass Appeal World Cup Opening Concert at Billie Jean King Tennis Center on Friday, June 12th.

In the event a winner and/or their guest engage in behavior deemed by Sponsor to be obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal, or intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the experience early and send the winner and/or guest home with no further compensation.

Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize or prize element of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Winner shall be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or laws and regulations. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any Prize valued at $600 or more and must submit a validly executed IRS Form W-9 to claim the Prize.

VII. Releases

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/judges, which shall be final in all respects. By participating and accepting any Prize, entrants agree to release Sponsor, ESSENCE Communications, Inc., their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the Prize.

Each component of a Prize is subject to the terms and warranties of the applicable prize supplier, and winner must look to such prize supplier for any warranties, terms, or conditions related to the Prize.

VIII. Miscellaneous & Winners' List

Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, and/or suspend the Contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances — including acts of God or civil disturbance — that render it impractical or impossible to complete.

The name of the Winner and a copy of these Official Rules will be posted on ebrolaurarosenbergshow.com for at least thirty (30) days after the winner is finally determined.
